Your Community Assessment Center (YCAC) is committed to providing community members with Clinical Assessments, Evaluations and Services in the areas of Behavioral and Mental Health, Driver Services, Education, Familial Support, Court Referrals and Community Involvement. These assessments provide the client with a roadmap to services that can assist them in the attainment of their personal, professional and civic goals.

Dr. Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice (Tait Counseling & Consulting) in the state of GA. She is also the Owner and Program Director of Drive Safe Georgia (A DDS Certified Driving School). Attorney Timothy Owens is a former Senior Assistant District Attorney and a felony defense attorney, Attorney Owens has tried dozens of felonies, ranging in seriousness from simple drug possession up to armed robbery and murder, with outstanding results.I am a proud graduate of Howard University (BBA, Class of 1996) and of Georgia State University College of Law (JD, Class of 1999).
