Service Description

This Clinical Ax also known as the BioPsychoSocial Ax provides the client with a detailed evaluation and assessment of their Biological (Medical), Psychological (Mental/Behavioral Health), and Social (Criminal Justice Involvement) condition while also making recommendations and referrals for treatment in the aforementioned areas. This Ax is traditionally requested by a court official (judge, probation officer, lawyer), a psychiatrist, one's workplace/school or prior to one receiving mental or behavioral health treatment.
